This year the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies brought to Australia a groundbreaking program from New York in which the Jewish community shares its experience with leaders from other communities, especially emerging majority communities. The pilot 'We Are All Sydney' community leadership program brought together 20 leaders from backgrounds as diverse as Aboriginal, African American, Syrian, Afghani, Sierra Leonese, Lebanese, Iraqi and many others to learn about leadership and community development and just to make friends. Hear some of the participants talk about their experiences before, during and after the program.
